1. Send Your Favorite Items: Just send us your list from Shein, Temu & Noon , We recommend using the Share Cart feature, but links, item names, or photos also work.
2. Get Your Bill: Once you’ve sent all your items, we’ll compile your total and send you the final bill (which is always rounded to the next whole number).
3. Confirm Your Order: Review and confirm your items and total price. After confirmation, we’ll ask for your location and contact details to ensure smooth delivery.
4. Cart Checkout Updates: We announce checkout dates on our Website, Instagram (@TrendSouq.QA) and WhatsApp group.
5. Delivery Timeline: Once the cart is checked out, stores usually deliver within 14 days, though most orders arrive in about 10 - 14 days ✈️.
6. Stay Informed: Track your order using our tracking app to stay updated every step of the way.
7. Delivery in Qatar: Once your items reach our facility, we’ll schedule delivery right away.
8. Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery only. Please prepare the exact change to help us serve you faster.

Once the cart is checked out, stores typically deliver within 14 days, but most orders arrive in about 10-14 days ✈️. Once your item is with us in Qatar, we deliver it as soon as possible.

1. Standard Delivery (once a week) - 5 QAR

We collect all the orders we get, schedule and deliver once a week (date will be annouced once the items reach our location) following a route. Delivery time is not fixed.

If no one is available (Delivery Attempted), you may collect it from our Duhail location.

2. Convenient Delivery - 10 QAR

Choose this if you prefer your order to be delivered at a specific time or date. Also applicable if an item was previously marked as Delivery Attempted.

3. Self Pickup (Duhail Location) - FREE

You’re welcome to collect it from our Duhail location during our pickup hours. Just let us know in advance!

Why do you round the amount?

We round up to the next whole number because we don't deal with coins. This ensures smooth and simple cash handling for both you and our delivery team. Thank you for understanding! 💛

Service Fee (5 QAR per platform)

We charge a small 5 QAR service fee per platform (excluding Shein and Temu) to handle platform-specific issues, delivery follow-ups, and simplify the entire process for you. This covers our management of the store’s independent Cash on Delivery (COD) charges and minimum order values, which can range widely.

Returns & Damaged Items

Drop the items you want to return at our location. We charge a service fee to handle returns on your behalf: 5 QAR for Temu, Noon and 25 QAR for Shein. Refunds are issued only after the store confirms and processes the refund on their end.

How are prices calculated?

We use the base price for all items. Since promotions and coupons are often account-specific or item-specific, we charge a base price. You don't have to worry about minimum order amounts or the store's Cash on Delivery fees—we handle those!

• Final Cost: Once you share your item list, we will prepare a provisional bill for you to confirm the total cost before placing the order.

1. Do I need to pay import tax on my orders?

Yes, some stores may charge import tax when shipping items to Qatar. This will be added to your bill once your items arrive.

2. Are there any stores that do not charge import tax?

Currently, Temu and Shein do not apply import taxes through our service. Other stores, however, may charge import tax depending on their policies and regulations.

3. How will I know the exact amount of import tax?

We will update your bill once the items have arrived in Qatar. The tax amount depends on the store and customs rules.

4. Is the import tax included in the delivery charges?

No, import tax is separate from delivery charges. Delivery fees will be added on top of the tax amount.
